3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Paid Plans and Billing

• Paid plans are billed annually on a recurring basis until canceled by the user.
• By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Expat Parents to charge your payment method on the annual renewal date.
• You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are not provided for partial use or early cancellation of paid plans, in accordance with Swiss contract law, which allows for such terms if they are clearly stated.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may upload content, including business listings, descriptions, and other information (“User Content”). You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your User Content.
• You will not post or transmit any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates any Swiss laws or the rights of third parties.
• By submitting User Content, you grant Expat Parents a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
• Use any automated systems, such as bots, to access the Site.
• Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Site in any medium without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BOOBOO or its content suppliers and is protected by Swiss copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our express written permission.

Expat Parents provides the Site and its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included on the Site. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Expat Parents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expat Parents, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Expat Paents reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Zug, Switzerland.
